This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:

To work around this problem, eliminate the implied logical OR condition.
To do this, do either of the following:

By matching ANY search criteria fields, you create an OR condition. For
example, if your search page uses search fields for Title And Phrases, and
you type the word "urgent" (without the quotation marks) in both fields,
you create an OR condition. Web Find Fast finds a document title that
contains the word "urgent" or a phrase that contains the word "urgent" in
the body of a document. When this condition occurs, Microsoft Web Find Fast
fails to return the correct number of hit results.
