SUMMARYFor the purposes of this article, the following statement defines a mixed- mode installation: On the same workstation, some Microsoft Office 97 applications are installed in "Run from Network Server" mode and others are installed in "Local" mode to the same workstation.For example, Microsoft Office 97 Standard is installed on a workstation in "Run from Network Server" mode and Access 97, Project 98, or Outlook is installed locally on the same workstation. If an Office 97 application is installed to a workstation in a "Run from
Server" mode Mso97.dll and Mso7enu.dll need to be added to customized setup
files through the Network Installation Wizard because these files remain on
the server.
