SYMPTOMSThe Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar may not always remain visible in the foreground, even though the Always on Top check box is selected on the View tab of the Customize dialog box. CAUSEThe Auto Hide feature of the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar may be affected if third-party programs (such as PrintKey 2.0) are running in the background, or if you are using the Active Desktop feature of the Microsoft Windows Desktop Update. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, use the appropriate method for your situation. Turn Off the Third-Party ProductIdentify the third-party product that is causing the problem, and then turn it off or remove it. To do this, perform "clean-boot troubleshooting."
