This problem may occur when one of the following conditions is true:
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Rename the Shared Applications folder to Shared ApplicationsIf you renamed the Shared Applications folder to a name other than "Shared Applications," rename the folder "Shared Applications" again. To rename the folder, follow these steps:
