SYMPTOMS
When you play a movie that is embedded in your document, one or more of the
following problems may occur:
- Your computer may stop responding.
- The movie may disappear and then reappear.
- The movie disappears, but the controls for the movie are still visible.
- The movie appears to start playing, and colored lines appear on the
screen.
- You may receive one of the following error messages
The application <program> has unexpectedly quit, because an
error of type 1 occurred.
You should save your work in other open applications and restart the
computer.

CAUSE
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
- You insert a movie into your document.

- The movie is stored on another computer.

- The computer on which the movie is stored is shut down.

- You attempt to play the movie.
