OFF98: Cannot Customize the Microsoft Office Manager Under MacOS 9.0

• Microsoft Office 98 Macintosh Edition, used with:
  • Apple Macintosh System Software 9.0

SYMPTOMS

When you click Customize on the Microsoft Office Manager (MOM) menu, the dialog box used to customize MOM is not displayed.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if you are running version 9.0 of the Macintosh System Software (MacOS).

WORKAROUND

To work around the problem, press COMMAND+CTRL and then click Customize.
