Workaround 2: Install Clip Art in a Location Accessible to All Users
If you do not have access to your Office 98 CD, the administrator for your computer must copy the clip art to a location to which all of the user accounts for your computer have read and write privileges. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log on to the computer as the owner of the computer or as a normal user.
- Insert your Office 98 CD into your CD-ROM drive.
- Drag the Value Pack:Clipart folder on the Office 98 CD to the Users:Shared Documents folder on your hard disk.
- Log off and then log on using one of the Limited or Panels user accounts on your computer.
- Start any Office 98 program to which you have access.
- Point to Picture on the Insert menu, and then click Clip Art.
- Click Add Package. Browse to the Users:Shared Documents:Clipart:MultiMedia folder on your hard disk. Click Multimedia Clip Package and then click Open.
- Click OK to the resulting alert message.
- Repeat steps 7-8 to add the following clip packages:

Users:Shared Documents:Clipart:Screen Beans:Screen Beans Clip Package
- Close Microsoft Clip Gallery.
At this point, the current user can insert clips from the Users:Shared Documents:Clipart folder on your hard disk into their documents.
