ships with the Office 4.3-CD (retail), you may not be able to access the
information you need.
WORKAROUNDThe support information in SUPPORT.MVB is the same as the information in the Help for the individual Office applications. You can access this information from the individual application by choosing Technical Support from the Help menu, or by choosing Product/Technical Support from the Contents page in Help for the particular application you want information about. STATUSMicrosoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
