SUMMARYIf you create Binders in Microsoft Office, you may find it useful to know how to separate a Binder into individual component files. MORE INFORMATIONThere are currently two methods to separate a Binder into its component files. Method 1: Unbind the FileAfter you perform the following steps, you will have a copy of each section in your Binder created in the same folder as the Binder file. Each file will have the same name as its respective section in the Binder. The Binder file remains intact, and is not affected by the unbinding process.
Method 2: Save Each SectionThese steps save the active section of the Binder in its respective document format (that is, as a Microsoft Excel, Word, or PowerPoint document). If you want to completely unbind the Binder, repeat these steps for each section in the Binder.
