Outlook does not provide the facility to do this directly. You can,
however, set Microsoft Word as your default e-mail editor.
Set Word as Your Default E-mail Editor
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Under Message format on the Mail Format tab, click to select "Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages."
Note: If the "Send in this message format:" is set to plain text with Word is set as the e-mail editor, you will not see the Word Print dialog box and you will not have the option to print the Selection. The "Send in this message format:" must be set to Microsoft Outlook Rich Text for these steps to work.
- Click OK.
NOTE: This only applies to Microsoft Word 2000.
