This behavior may result from incorrect settings in the Internet E-mail
service properties. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this behavior:

The MCI Internet Mail system uses one server for receipt of messages and a
second server for sending messages. In the Internet E-mail service profile,
the POP3 Server identifies the mail server from which you receive mail. The
SMTP server identifies the mail server from which you send mail.
