NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation. SUMMARYMicrosoft Outlook 2000 has the ability to maintain tracking information in various situations. For example, when you use the voting feature, Outlook maintains a tracking page that lists the respondents and their votes. Outlook does not include a feature that allows for the sorting of
information listed on the Tracking page. The Tracking page is located in
the original message, which is usually placed in the Sent Items folder.
