The Microsoft Excel converter for Outlook does not recognize dates
formatted with the Microsoft Excel Date Format. You must export the
Microsoft Excel file as a CSV file, verify that the Start Date field name
has no space in it (StartDate), and then import the CSV file into Outlook.
