SYMPTOMS
When you try to correct an e-mail name in the To field by adding a missing
character to the end of the name, the trailing character is sometimes
treated as a separate name. This action results in two incorrect e-mail
names, neither of which Microsoft Outlook can resolve properly. RESOLUTION
To append a character to the end of an incorrect e-mail name, select the
entire name, and then type the correct name over the erroneous name. Do not
try to add characters to the end of the name after the name resolution has
