In the Task folder, you can change existing views, add new selectable
views, or define filters to limit the records displayed. In the TaskPad of
the Calendar folder, you can select predefined views and change the
attributes of an existing view but cannot add a new view.
View Control in the Task FolderTo change an existing view in the Task folder, point to Current View on the View menu and click Customize Current View. This allows you to change certain visual aspects of the current view, such as grouping, sorting, fonts and other formatting.To add a new view to the Task folder, point to Current View on the View menu and click Define Views. This allows you to define and save a new view that is selectable. View Control in the Calendar TaskPadTo select the current view of the TaskPad, point to TaskPad View on the View menu and click to select one of the predefined views.To make more significant changes to the current view, right-click the TaskPad header and click Customize Current View on the shortcut menu.
