NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Internet Mail Only option. To determine your installation type, on the Help menu click About Microsoft Outlook. When you use Microsoft Word to create an envelope or a label, and you
select the name for the delivery address from your Microsoft Outlook
Contacts, you do not have the option to choose which address is used.
CAUSE
Word requires a fully compliant Messaging Application Programming Interface
(MAPI) address book. The Internet Mail installation option of Outlook
is not a fully compliant MAPI client.
WORKAROUNDWhen you create your Contacts in Outlook, type the desired mailing address as the Business Address. To do so, use one of the following methods. Method 1
