SUMMARYWhen you print from Microsoft Outlook, you can print the user name in the header or footer of the page. Outlook gets this information from the name of the e-mail services in the profile that is currently being used. MORE INFORMATIONWhen printing a report from Outlook, you can add predefined fields to the header and footer of your page. One of these fields is the user name; many of the reports in Outlook include this field by default. Outlook looks at the name of the e-mail services in the current profile to determine what to use for the user name. Internet Mail Only (IMO)If you set up Outlook with the Internet Mail Only option, the user name field for the header and footer are the same as your default mail account name. If you have no mail account, the user name is "Unknown."Corporate or Workgroup (CW)If you set up Outlook with the Corporate or Workgroup option using an Internet E-mail service, the user name field for the header and footer is the same as your user information "Name" field as specified under the General tab of the Internet E-mail service properties.If you set up Outlook (CW) using an Exchange service, the user name field for the header and footer is the same as your mailbox name as specified under the General tab of the Exchange Server service properties. If there is more than one e-mail service in a profile, the one the name is taken from depends on which e-mail services are present. Certain services take precedence over others. For example, if your profile includes Microsoft Exchange Server, the user name from your Exchange mailbox will be used regardless of what other services are in the profile. No E-mailIf you set up Outlook with the no e-mail option, the user name field for the header and footer is "Unknown."Additional query words: edit change
