NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMS
Meeting requests sent using the MS Outlook Support for Lotus cc:Mail
transport may not have the Accept, Decline, and Tentative buttons
available. Instead, the recipient receives a plain e-mail message.
CAUSEThe cc:Mail transport is set to send messages in text-only format. RESOLUTION
Change the cc:Mail transport to send messages in Rich Text Format (RTF).
Change the MS Outlook Support for Lotus cc:Mail Transport to RTF
Meeting request messages will now have Accept, Decline, and Tentative buttons.
