SYMPTOMSWhen you insert a file into an e-mail message, Microsoft Outlook may place the file as an attachment in a separate pane at the bottom of the message rather than inline at the insertion point. CAUSEThis behavior is by design when you use either HTML or Plain Text for your default e-mail format.
