OL2000: How to Import Calendar Information From Calendar Creator Plus

SUMMARY
Microsoft Outlook does not have a converter for Calendar Creator Plus,
by Spinnaker Software. The files must be exported as Comma Separated
Value (CSV) files, and then imported into Outlook.

Save the Calendar Creator Plus File as a CSV File
To save the Calendar Creator Plus file as a ".csv" file, follow these
steps:
- On the File menu, point to Save As, and click
to select the
Event list you want to export.
- In the Save Event List, type a file name.
- In the Save File As Type list, click to select Comma Delimited
(.csv).
Make a note of the folder where the file will be saved, and click OK.
- In the "Specify date range" dialog, type the Starting and Ending
dates you want to export and click OK.
- On the File menu, click Exit.
Import the CSV File into Outlook
To import the ".csv" file into Outlook, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click Import and Export.
- Click to select "Import from another program or file," and click
Next.
- Click to select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)," and click Next.
- Click Browse and locate the folder where you saved the CSV file.

section.) Click to select the file, click Open, and then click Next.
- Click to select your Calendar as the import location.
- In the Import A File dialog, confirm that the file to be imported and
the destination Outlook folder are correct. Click Map Custom fields and
then map the fields exported from Calendar Creator Plus to the
appropriate Outlook fields.
Click OK, and click Finish.
The Outlook Calendar displays the imported data.
