SYMPTOMSWhen you change the font settings for composing, reading, replying, and forwarding e-mail, the new settings will not apply when you use Microsoft Word as your your e-mail editor. CAUSEThe font formatting changes for composing, reading, replying, and forwarding e-mail only apply to Plain Text, HTML, and Microsoft Outlook Rich Text message formats. RESOLUTIONWith Word selected as your default e-mail editor, open a new message and change the default font. MORE INFORMATION
When you use Word as your your e-mail editor, font settings are based on your Personal Stationery settings.
