To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate or Workgroup" if you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMSWhile using Outlook to attach to a cc:Mail post office, you attempt to import bulletin information from post office bulletin boards. The resulting list of available bulletin boards is blank. This operation was successful in Outlook 98. CAUSE
Due to changes in the cc:Mail transport used by Outlook, the name and location of the stored bulletin boards has changed.
RESOLUTION
To correct the stored file location if a long list of bulletin board imports has been done in a previous version of Outlook, rename the file, Cwimport.ini to Bbnames.txt, and then set the path to the file in the Windows Registry. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
