NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate or Workgroup option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate or Workgroup" if you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMSAfter creating a profile configured to use Lotus cc:Mail with Outlook, you find that the distribution lists on the cc:Mail post office are not checked when a mail message is addressed using that list. CAUSEOutlook does not add the distribution list to the list of address providers that Outlook checks. The cc:Mail directory of addresses is added to this list. RESOLUTIONAdd the cc:Mail distribution list to the address providers available to Outlook. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2000. MORE INFORMATION
