When sending an e-mail message in Outlook, you can set an option to notify you when the message is read by the recipient. If you have installed Outlook in the Corporate/Workgroup (CW) mode, you can also be notified when the message is delivered, and you can utilize voting buttons in a message to gather information from the addressees. The results of the delivery, reading, and voting is recorded on a Tracking page of the message, and stored in your Sent Items folder.
