OL2000: Problem Choosing Encryption Certificate in French Canadian Outlook

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to choose an Encryption Certificate in Outlook with your Regional Settings set to French, the Choose button is not available (grayed out).

CAUSE

Your Regional Settings are set to French (Standard).

RESOLUTION

Change your Regional Settings to French (Canadian).

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
