After you upgrade to Office or Outlook 2000, the OAB that was previously download will not be available. In earlier versions, items of this type were stored in the Windows directory. A design change in Office 2000 relocated the stored path to the user's Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook directory. For example, the complete path might look like this: NOTE: If user profiles are not enabled on the system, the path element <Profiles\username> will not appear.
