NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Internet Mail Only option. To determine your installation type, on the Help menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Internet Mail Only" if you have the Internet Mail Only option installed. SYMPTOMSWhen you upgrade from Microsoft Outlook Express to Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only (IMO) mode, if you click None when you are prompted to migrate settings from a previous e-mail program, the Windows Address Book (WAB) entries used in Outlook Express are not available to Outlook. RESOLUTIONUse the Import and Export wizard to make the addresses available to Outlook.
