If you select the Account option to leave Symantec Fax Starter Edition messages on the server, a file is saved on your local hard disk for every fax that you send. The typical size of the file is approximately 65 kilobytes (KB), but it may be larger depending on the size of the fax message. CAUSEWhen you use the Symantec Fax Starter Edition, the computer that you send the fax from is the server. WORKAROUNDTo avoid using disk space with saved faxes, do not select the option to keep messages on the server. Copies of sent fax messages are kept in the Sent Items folder in the default personal folder that Outlook uses. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
