STATUS

MORE INFORMATION

When you send a text document as an attachment to a fax message it must be rasterized, or converted into a format that can be understood by the faxing software. This rasterization is done by the fax printer driver in the Printers folder. If the driver is missing or damaged, you will get the error message mentioned in the Symptoms section.

To re-install the Symantec Fax printer driver, on the Help menu, click Detect and Repair.
