OL2000: How to Control Printing Monthly Calendar Thumbnails

ID: Q220972

The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft Outlook 2000

SUMMARY

When you use Outlook to print a monthly calendar, Outlook also prints a small thumbnail of the current month and either the previous or the next month. This article describes how to control which month thumbnail is printed in the upper-right corner of the page.

MORE INFORMATION

When you print a calendar using the Monthly Style, Outlook determines which month to print in the upper-right corner of the page based on the first day of your currently selected print range. You can specify one or more days as your print range. If the first day of your print range is in the first week of the month and that week includes days from the previous month, the printed thumbnails will include the current month and the previous month. If the first day of your print range is not in the first week of the month, or the first week does not include days from the previous month, the thumbnail includes the current month and the next month. Outlook does not provide the option to print the previous and next month thumbnails as do many other scheduling programs, such as Microsoft Schedule+.
