OL2000: Stationery Picker Unavailable When Using Word As Your E-mail Editor

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor, the Stationery Picker is not available.

CAUSE

The Stationery Picker is only available when you use the HTML message format and you are not using Word as your e-mail editor.

RESOLUTION

Use HTML as your message format and do not use Word as your e-mail editor.
