NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Internet Mail Only option. To determine your installation type, on the Help menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Internet Mail Only" if you have the Internet Mail Only option installed. SYMPTOMSIf you use Microsoft Word 2000 as your e-mail editor, the message sending format is either HTML or Plain Text, and you have multiple Internet e-mail accounts, there is no Send Using command on the File menu of the message. To select the account from which to send a Word-formatted message, click the Options button. The Send message using list in the Options dialog box allows you to select the sending account. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATION
