NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate or Workgroup option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate or Workgroup" if you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMSWhen you begin using Outlook to send and receive mail on a cc:Mail post office, you notice that the cc:Mail Service Tools are not immediately available on the Tools menu. CAUSEThe cc:Mail Service Tools are not frequently used commands when Outlook is used as a client for cc:Mail. RESOLUTIONIf you don't see the command, move the pointer over the chevrons at the bottom of the Tools menu until the menu expands to display all commands. MORE INFORMATIONThe placement of menu commands in Office 2000 programs is based on how much each command is used. Most users who use Outlook with cc:Mail use the cc:Mail Service Tools initially for import of Private List, Personal Folders, and Bulletin Boards from the post office, but do not subsequently use them as often as other commands.
