OL2000: News Command Opens Outlook Express Rather Than Netscape

SYMPTOMS

When you point to Go To, on the View menu, and click News, Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express may start instead of your Netscape program.

CAUSE

There may be a problem with how the Netscape program was registered with Microsoft Windows during setup.
