SYMPTOMSWhen you create a contact by adding a recipient's address from the Global Address List (GAL) to the Outlook Address Book, if the recipient's display name has three distinct names, the middle name is added twice. RESOLUTIONRemove the additional name from the contact record, or manually enter addresses for contacts that have three or more names in the GAL.
