OL2000: Calendar Not Printing End Times in Monthly View

SYMPTOMS
If you set the monthly view of your calendar to show end times for appointments, the end times do not appear in print preview or the printed results.
RESOLUTION
Set the page orientation to Landscape and the appointment print font size to 6 point or smaller.

Follow these steps to show end dates for appointments in the Month view:
- Open your calendar in the Month view.
- On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View.
- Click Other Settings, and then under Month, click to select Show end time.
- Click OK and OK.
Now when you move your mouse pointer over the appointment in the Month view, both the start and end times should display. However, the end time will still not print.
Follow these steps to make the appointment end dates appear in print preview and on the printed page:
- With your calendar open to the Month view, on the File menu, click Print, and then click Page Setup.
- On the Format tab, under Appointments, click Font. Set the font to Tahoma, Regular, and 6 point or smaller, and then click OK.
- On the Paper tab, under Orientation, click Landscape. Under Page, ensure Width is at least 11 inches, and Height is at least 8.5 inches.
- Click Print Preview or Print.
You should see both the start and end time for appointments.
