NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate or Workgroup option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate or Workgroup" if you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMSIf you use Outlook Corporate or Workgroup (CW) with the Internet E-mail service, the "Do not deliver until" option does not work. RESOLUTION
Either use Outlook configured for Internet Mail Only (IMO), or use a different Outlook (CW) e-mail delivery service. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed
at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATIONThis problem only occurs when using Outlook (CW) to send mail using an Internet e-mail service. The problem does not occur when using Exchange Server, or using Outlook (IMO) with a POP3 server. Additional query words: OL2K IMEP
