NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate or Workgroup option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate or Workgroup" if you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation. SYMPTOMS
If you have the Internet Mail service in your Outlook profile, and you create a new distribution list (DL), when you add new members to the DL you see Lotus cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Mail, and X.400, in addition to Internet Address as choices in the list of address types. There are no templates specific to each address type available to help create the e-mail address. WORKAROUND
