CAUSESNOTE: The value of <file name> in the error message above may help in determining which of the following causes applies to your situation. WHAT TO TRYMissing cc:Mail files.You should obtain and install the most recent 32-bit VIM libraries from Lotus. These file are available for download at the Lotus Support Web site. In addition, the Export.exe, Import.exe, and Ie.ri files should be copied to the System folder, if you are using Microsoft Windows 95 or 98, or to the System32 folder, if you are using Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. This will repair any damaged files.
