CAUSESYou attempted to add a duplicate service in a profile. WHAT TO TRYDuplicate Services in ProfileWith two exceptions, Messaging Information Application Interface (MAPI) services can only be added to a profile once. The Internet Mail service and the Personal Folder service can be added multiple times. Q195478 OL2000: (CW) User Profiles and Information ServicesBack to Top Improperly Configured cc:Mail ProfileThe referenced error will occur when you attempt to configure an Outlook profile to send and receive mail using a cc:Mail post office without the required Lotus Vendor Independent Messaging (VIM) support files. These files are not supplied by Microsoft. Certain files are available as a download from the Lotus Web site, while others are available from the cc:Mail post office server installation. NOTE: Lotus recommends that the latest VIM distribution be used.
