ERROR MESSAGE

When attempting to open an encrypted message, you may get the following error:
Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.

CAUSES

Some elements of Microsoft Outlook Express are missing from your computer.

Outlook Express Missing

If you downgraded from Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 to an earlier version, some necessary elements of Outlook Express may have been removed from your computer.

To correct this problem, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.


  2. In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.


  3. Click to select Microsoft Office 2000, and then click Add/Remove.


  4. When prompted, click Repair Office.
