OL2000: Error Message "You Need More Memory or System Resources."

SYMPTOMS

When you double-click the Mail icon in Control Panel you may receive the following error message:

You need more memory or system resources. Close some windows and try again.

CAUSE

There is a problem with your MAPI configuration.

RESOLUTION

Restart Outlook. This will run the Fixmapi.exe program and correct this problem.
