To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. When you use the Send To Mail Recipient command in Microsoft Word 2000, to send a document to a recipient who does not use Outlook, but the e-mail client is either Rich Text (RTF) or HTML-compatible, the heading style formatting in the document does not display correctly. CAUSEThe text format converter in the recipient's e-mail client does not correctly interpret the formatting used in the Word document.
