SYMPTOMSEvery time you import Outlook contacts into the Small Business Customer Manager (SBCM), the contacts' modified field is updated. As a result, archive settings, which depend on the modified field information, may not work as expected. Also, every time you import contacts into SBCM, every contact is imported even if unchanged since the last import.
