SYMPTOMSIf you compose a Plain Text formatted message and then change the message format to HTML or Outlook Rich Text format, the font changes in the body of the message to Arial 10 point (pt) for Outlook Rich Text and Times New Roman 10 pt for HTML. This occurs even if you specify a different default message font. RESOLUTIONYou must manually change the font back. On the Format menu, click Font and select the desired font.
