SYMPTOMSIf you use Microsoft Word to send an e-mail message that contains an OLE object, the object is rendered as a graphic when sent. Recipients can only look at the object, and not double-click to open it in its native program. CAUSEObjects cannot be rendered in Plain Text or HTML format.
