SYMPTOMSIf you set your Windows color scheme to one of the high contrast schemes, expired Calendar items may not show up in Outlook Today. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the font color for the overdue appointment matches the background color. In this case, you have black text on a black background, so you do not see the appointment. RESOLUTIONThere are several ways to compensate for this problem. You can change the Windows color scheme, or adjust how your system behaves when displaying HTML pages (Outlook Today is in HTML format). Assuming you are using the one of the high contrast color schemes due to a vision problem, the first option may not be the best. The following methods will also solve this problem, and are presented in order of preference.
