SYMPTOMSIf you create a mail merge using contacts from Outlook and subsequently change some of the contact information before completing the merge, the merge data will not be changed. RESOLUTIONAfter changing the contact information in Outlook, start the merge process again so that the changed data can be read and included in your merge. MORE INFORMATIONWhen Outlook starts the merge process, the contact information is converted into a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file with the incremented file name, Omm<#>.doc, where the "#" represents the number of times the merge has been attempted. For example, your first file would be named Omm1.doc, the second, Omm2.doc and so on. These files are kept in the \Windows\Temp folder and are retained for three days.
