OL2000: Hebrew Spelling Checker Does Not Check Abbreviated Words

SYMPTOMS

When you use the spelling checker, you are not notified when abbreviated Hebrew words are misspelled.


MORE INFORMATION

When you use the spelling checker to check abbreviated Hebrew words, such as AB"C , the the spelling checker will detect the words as two separate words "AB" and "C" and will check each separately. If it recognizes ("AB") as a correctly spelled word, you will receive "Spell check is complete" message even though the actual word (AB"C) may not be correctly spelled.
