SYMPTOMSAfter you install the Small Business Contact Manager (SBCM), your custom contact form is replaced by the SBCM custom contact form. CAUSE
Your contact items were based on one-off forms, so even though they used a custom form, the message class of the contacts was IPM.Contact. SBCM changes all contacts with a message class of IPM.Contact to use the SBCM custom form. Q207896 OL2000: Working with Form Definitions and One-Off Forms RESOLUTION
For additional information on how to switch the contacts so that they will use your custom form again, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: Q201087 OL2000: How to Update Existing Items to Use a New Custom FormNOTE: If you programmatically change the message class of an item containing a one-off form and then open the item, it will once again use the published form. There is no way to have it use the one-off form definition that was embedded within the item itself. MORE INFORMATION
The Small Business Contact Manager is available with the Microsoft Office Small Business Edition (SBE) and integrates with other Office programs, including Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. REFERENCES
